Evidence

The Evidence Behind the Work.

The programs I've led and the systems I've built, each labeled by what it actually is: verified work I'll defend in detail, illustrative scenarios built to show method, and designs still in development. Each entry links to the underlying material.

Have a specific question? Ask the portfolio assistant, which answers from the same governed record and uses the same three labels.

How to read the labels

These are the same labels the portfolio assistant applies to every answer.

Verified
A real, documented outcome I'm prepared to defend in detail.
Illustrative
A scenario, framework, or composite built to demonstrate judgment. Not a delivered engagement.
In Development
A capability that's designed but not yet built or shipped.
  1. Verified Program delivery · 2024 to 2026

    National Healthcare Data Exchange Platform

Accenture Federal Services · Product Manager and Technical Program Lead

Client-facing delivery lead for a national healthcare data exchange platform: executive decision support, operating cadence, and portfolio-level planning across engineering, cloud, security, compliance, and product teams.

    Documented claims

    • Platform processing more than 2 billion transactions per month
    • Aligned quarterly planning, investment prioritization, and feature delivery across cross-functional teams
  2. Verified Program delivery · 2015 to 2018

    Medical Examination Tracking Platform

Department of Veterans Affairs · Systems Implementation Leader

Led development and implementation of a multi-year enterprise platform for tracking medical examinations related to disability benefits, establishing the success measures, governance, and delivery milestones.

    Documented claims

    • $40M multi-year enterprise platform
    • Coordinated more than 25 technical team members, vendors, and executive stakeholders

    Where the evidence is

  3. Verified Program delivery · 2018 to 2022

    Veteran Records Data Platform

Department of Veterans Affairs · Batch Automation Leader and Technical Program Lead

Directed end-to-end scope, sequencing, risk management, and delivery for a major data platform supporting veteran records, and served as interim supervisor for a team of seven.

    Documented claims

    • Data platform supporting more than 1 million veteran records
  4. Verified Built and operated

    The Leadership Agent

    Autonomous content operations pipeline

A nine-stage, on-premises AI content pipeline I designed, built, and operate, with a mandatory human approval gate and a published risk assessment.

    Documented claims

    • Nine-stage pipeline on local hardware; zero third-party LLM calls and zero external data exposure by design
    • Manual brand-guide edits per 10-run batch fell from about 8 to under 5 in the first 90 days (roughly 40%)
    • Nothing publishes without a human approval action
  5. Verified Built and operated

    The SaaS Orchestrator

Multi-tenant backend for governed AI pipelines

The productization layer for the Leadership Agent: tenant isolation, authentication, role boundaries, and audit logging built into the platform rather than the application.

    Documented claims

    • Tenant isolation enforced by PostgreSQL Row Level Security, not application logic
    • ES256/JWKS token verification with platform_admin, tenant_admin, editor, and viewer roles
    • Audit logging for every run, stage, and QC result
    • Described as audit-ready; not represented as holding any formal certification
    • Billing, usage metering, and self-service onboarding are planned, not built

  6. In Development Architecture design

    Competitive Intelligence Pulse

Serverless signal processing for public market data

An architecture design for automated competitive intelligence. The data is public, so the constraint is speed rather than privacy, which leads to a different stack than the Leadership Agent.

    Documented claims

    • Architecture design; not running in production

    Where the evidence is

  7. Illustrative Scenario

    Project Helios

    Private credit platform migration

A reference scenario showing how I would frame and govern a regulated financial-services platform migration, with a full delivery governance package.

    Documented claims

    • Explicitly fictional composite; not a delivered engagement, and all figures are scenario values
    • Includes a phased cutover plan, RACI, scored risk register, and go/no-go framework
